In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry cream cheese mixture in 2–3 additions.
Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight for best results.
Before serving, top with fresh sliced strawberries and an optional glaze.
